PythonPart file structure

For each PythonPart at least two files must be created, the xxx.pyp file and the xxx.py file.

If the text used in the property palette of a PythonPart should be available for different languages an additional xxx_language.xml file must be created.

To display a preview image in the library palette, a xxx.png file must be available.
